Technical Systems Analyst (Transaction Services)

The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate and perform systems testing in support of upgrades and implementations across various Transaction Services applications. The incumbent will review technical specifications, develop and execute testing scripts, document the testing process, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve systems and processing issues. Required testing will include integration, end-to-end, regression and user-acceptance for highly-regulated, time-sensitive processing systems (ACH, eCommerce). The incumbent will be required to manage special projects related to systems initiatives.
This position is located in Mantua, New Jersey
ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties
Develop and execute test plans, scripts and scenarios, document the testing process in compliance with internal policies and procedures, provide test results reporting to management and vendors, assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, manage testing schedule
Review technical specifications, use cases and business scenarios, analyze various systems relationships and dependencies to prevent collateral disruption and ensure critical files are processed as required, provide recommendations for process improvements and systems enhancements
Support internal staff with regard to procedures, training and reporting, resolve escalated systems issues, direct staff and vendors as required to resolve critical production incidents
Serve as project manager for specific process and systems-related initiatives, determine resources, schedules and budgets, define milestones, engage internal staff, external vendors and service providers, report project status to management, analyze and escalate exceptions for approval as required
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience. Specialty: Information Systems or other applicable. (Required)
3 or more years Systems Testing and Implementation in Banking. (Required)
Certified Test Manager (CTM). (Preferred)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
