LIMS Coordinator

Apex Life Sciences has an exciting opportunity?for an experienced Chemist?to work for a Global Pharmaceutical company in South New Jersey.? Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years' of analytical experience.


The LIMS Coordinator will assist with LabWare implementation.? The coordinator will support the configuration and roll out of the LIMS system from creation through approvals.? Targeted completion of the project for the end of March 2019.?


The ideal candidate will have had previous QC testing experience in a GMP lab.


Are you the ideal candidate?



  • BS in Chemistry or related science

  • At least 1-2 years of analytical lab experience, including 1 year lab experience in a cGMP environment.?

  • Analysis and product configuration experience in LabWare LIMS and also have lab experience preferably in the pharma industry.

  • Proficiency in word processing, database, spreadsheet and electronic documentation software.?

  • Complete familiarity with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and established company health and safety regulations

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
