B Safe, a Pye Barker Fire & Safety / Fire Protection Service Corporation company, is hiring for a Commercial Sales Representative in our Mantua, NJ location.
We offer a competitive commission structure in addition to a salary pay of $50,000.

Position
Summary:
The Commercial Sales Representative will manage the accounts of current customers and make sure to maintain a strong business relationship in addition to attracting new commercial customers to meet sales goals.
The position promotes the branch brand in the areas of installation, service, and monitoring for commercial customers.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads Communicates with customers and potential customers to understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services Educate all potential customers on products and services available Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems Provides periodic territory sales forecasts Perform other duties assigned by management Education & Required Skills:
At least 2
years of outside sales related experience required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field_ preferred_ Technical knowledge of fire and security industry, or ability and drive to learn a plus Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Exemplary sales and negotiation skills In-depth knowledge of target market industries and strategies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail High analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Benefits and Perks:
