Job Description We are seeking a passionate and driven ERP Customer Success Manager who has a firm grasp of finance modules (AP, AR, Payments, etc.) and a passion for working directly with our customers to introduce them to the powers of Auditoria. In this role, you will have the responsibility of a trusted advisor to customers on best practices for their Finance Process Automation and transformation, building successful long-term customer relationships throughout every stage of the customer experience. Responsibilities Own product on-boarding, product adoption, and ongoing engagement with our customers while proactively monitoring deployment velocity and addressing any blockers for implementation through renewal. Work directly with clients and their teams to realize greater value out of the product through deeper adoption. Take a consultative approach to delivering product value, leveraging insights and best practices to enable our customers to transform their business processes around finance transformation and automation. Manage customer escalations through tactful customer service, and be the voice of the customer with internal stakeholders to resolution. Build strong relationships with customers to identify, understand and manage churn risk with appropriate mitigating actions to drive renewals and minimize customer attrition. Understand, summarize, and advocate for customer needs and feature requests to internal teams. Requirements 5-7 yrs
Customer Success & Delivery experience at a software company Bonus points for familiarity with ERP solutions (Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday, Bill.), finance degree, certificate, and background. Organizational skills that will allow you to stay on top of a portfolio of customers, projects, and deadlines. Proven project management and customer relationship skills and a familiarity with Jira, Zendesk, and other SaaS organization tools. Successfully built detailed account plans and demonstrated the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, break down roadblocks, and resolve obstacles in customer deployment and renewal stages. Communicates proactively across all mediums (written, verbal, presentation, social media) with any audience in any situation. Passion for helping others-you love seeing your customers get more out of your product. Motivated to help build efficient processes that meet customer needs while comfortable with the ambiguity, opportunity, and self-direction required with early-stage startups. Location
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
